Looking to the Future: Planning and Managing International Projects

The international workshop of the BTC offered it"s participants an introduction to the inner workings of  EU project development and implementations, and to the world of international academic collaborations. The expert lectures provided participants with best practices for the planning and management of successful international projects.

The workshop included the participation of European and Israeli academic and administrative figures with extensive experience in managing non-research projects within the university framework and each provided an in-depth understanding of the project development and management processes.
