In the framework of TEMPUS-CORINTHIAM project, the BTC participated in the editing of the Guide of Good Practices for the Management of of International Relations Offices, which was published in 2013.

The guide is available also in a printed edition.

The handbook is a product of the Tempus-ESPRIT project 2013-2016. The book includes an overview of the Quality Enhancement mechanism used for the project as well as a reflective essay on the social role of the university and an afterword on the learning from ESPRIT and its aspirations to enhance Israeli higher education and evidence its contribution to Israeli society and culture.

Within the framework of the Tempus-ESPRIT project, a pilot for the development and implementation of a Social Benchmarking Tool to assess the degree of social responsibility of Israeli academic institutions was conducted. The handbook presents the tool, its significance and potential for enhancing the social responsibility of the university.

Within the Framework of the Tempus-ESPRIT project, partners developed and implemented course pilots which incorporated student social engagement activities. This handbook outlines the process and results of the project's pilots on socially engaged curriculum. It includes principles and practical tools, which could be implemented in different ways in courses that combine theory, practice and community involvement.

This report summarizes the results of the Tempus-ESPRIT workpackage on the development of a survey mapping the degree of and perceptions towards social responsibility in Israeli academic institutions. The survey includes a scientific review of the literature on academic social responsibility in the world; an assessment of the social missions of Israeli academic institutions through face-to-face interviews with policy makers in partner institutions as well as an analysis of their websites; and an online survey examining the perceptions of students, faculty and administrative staff on the degree of social responsibility in their respective institutions.
